Celebrate!49th International Eucharist Congress
2008 Quebec City June 15 - 22, 2008Everyone
in the diocese is invited to join Catholics from around the world to participate
in the Eucharist Congress. A 10-day diocesan
pilgrimage tour is available. It offers a premier opportunity
to experience the Church from six continents gathered in prayer, reflection and
action. The Congress will also form the cornerstone of the diverse festivities
surrounding the celebration of the 400th anniversary of Quebec City, the cradle
of the Church in North America.Pilgrimage
Limited to 30 spaces - first come, first served. Registrants
must be 18 years old. The approximate total for the pilgrimage is $2,500 which
includes the following:secured round
trip by air from Anchorage or Seattle to Quebec City ground
transportation secured hotel accommodtions at
Hotel Bernieres, conveniently located near the Expo Center Registration
fee $230. Early registration $200 until February 15th! access
to all acitivities of the Congress simultaneous
translation free public transportation in the
Quebec City area lunches Monday through Saturday
